Refund policy

At Lucky Cat Matcha, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we are committed to complying with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used items, unless the product is proven to be defective or non-compliant at the time of delivery.

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies in line with UAE regulations:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
