Shipping policy

Orders are processed throughout the week, excluding public holidays.

• Shipping Fee: AED 15

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 business days within the UAE

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Orders can be tracked via the courier’s website.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact us at luckycatmatcha1@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
